Nose: Rum-soaked raisins and good old sherry, with hints of buttered crumpet and malt loaf underneath.

Palate: Brioche, fried banana, more raisins and chocolate. A hint of rancio, perhaps...

Finish: Nutella, white pepper, clove and damson jam.
