
Oat Whisky is a collaboration between Burnley-based Batch Distillery and Northern Monk Brewery from Leeds, who supplied the distillery with a 12% ABV oat mash. Once distilled, the single cask of whisky was aged for four years in a french oak barrel. The result is a delicious, smooth whisky bursting with flavour.
Tasting notes: hints of coconut, caramel and cashew with a rich, creamy mouth feel and finish.
