Created from casks across our warehouse, this whisky is quintessential of our work.
This complex whisky features flavours 4 different grain (malted barley, unmalted barley, malted rye and malted wheat) 3 different brewing yeasts (saison, Bavarian, mead) and 3 different casks (ex-bourbon, new European oak, oloroso conditioned).

At the time of writing there doesn't appear to be any official tasting notes.
I have reached out to the distillery who have confirmed that none of their whisky has been chill filtered or colour adjusted. Tasting notes to be provided.
