Loch Lomond Peated Single Grain Scotch Whisky is made exclusively from heavily peated malted barley in the malt room at the Loch Lomond Distillery.
It is then matured in a combination of first and refill bourbon casks which delivers a soft fruity character with creamy vanilla and wisps of smoke.
Distilled in our continuous still using exclusively malted barley ensures this single grain is smooth, sweet with added complexity not usually found in a single grain.
Matured in the finest American oak casks under the watchful eye of Michael Henry, our master blender, ensures the perfect harmony of flavour and aroma.
Nose
Clove, vanilla and blackcurrant.
Palate
Sweet tangy peat, green apple, lime citrus and aniseed.
Finish
Crispy dry finish with distant peat smoke.
