Each release of Fettercairn 16 year old single malt will showcase a maturation journey that enhances the tropical distillery character derived from the copper cooling ring distillation process. The 2020 release has been distilled with chocolate malted barley and matured in first fill American ex-bourbon casks, before being enhanced in a combination of Oloroso and aged Palo Cortado Sherry casks.
