The third release in The Collection, Warehouse 2 Batch No.003 has been crafted using a handpicked selection of Ex-Bourbon Barrels, Rum Barrels and French Red Wine Barriques; filled with spirit that flowed from the Fettercairn stills in 2015 and has since been maturing in Fettercairn Warehouse 2, and bottled in 2022.
COLOUR
Natural golden amber.
TASTE
Warm honey, Alphonso mangos, brioche, cocoa, subtle forest fruits and waves of rose water.
FINISH
Passion fruit, papaya, red berries and grape must harmonised with sugared almonds, patisserie spice and heather honey.

Fettercairn has released its third batch of its Warehouse 2 single malt Scotch whisky! The series has showcased some intriguing cask combinations, and that continues here – this edition has been aged in a combo of bourbon barrels, rum casks, and French red wine barriques. Nose: Apple turnover, tropical fruit, a smidge of floral honey and rose petal jam.
Palate: Redcurrant, sultana, toasted sugar, heather honey, nutmeg, crushed peppercorns.
Finish: Lingering hints of melted butter and raspberries.
