This 16 Year Old expression of sherry cask Speyside whisky comes to us from Glenfarclas. Still family owned and operated, Glenfarclas makes classic Speyside malts, and this offering from them is no different. Matured in ex-sherry casks, so expect aromas of figs and raisins, along with toffee, caramel and a soft note of dried orange peel. This leads to flavours of dates and figs, rich honey, chocolate and the soft spice of cinnamon and nutmeg.
