Crafted in the Scapa distillery, overlooking the historic Scapa Flow, every drop is a marriage of our Orkney spirit and American oak barrels from Scapa’s manually operated distillery in Orkney.
NOSE
Notes of juicy mangoes and aromatic, luxurious leather combine with notes of vanilla cream and hints of clementine peel for an enticing nose.
PALATE
Silky and creamy on the palate with notes of spiced apple pie, vanilla fudge, smooth oak, and pineapple baked with mulled spices.
FINISH
Complex, fruity, and slightly spiced
