Tasting Note
"Pale gold / white wine appearance. A light nose, with an initial clean and fruity notes. All very delicate, with little to indicate the higher strength.
Initial flavours are of vanilla & cream soda, with the higher strength bringing in some bolder fruit flavours with a hint of white pepper to finish."

Nose: Apple pie topped with brown sugar and cinnamon. Creamy vanilla and a juicy burst of orangey sweetness in support.
Palate: Layers of vanilla, honey, and strawberry jam coat orchard fruit and baking spices.
Finish: Clove and toffee.
