Much-anticipated, Timeless is part of Tormore's exciting core range - its first since Elixir Distillers became custodians of this under-known gem in 2022. Previously a distillery that saw most of its output go to blends, this marks an exciting change in Tormore's fortunes.
Aged in ex-bourbon casks to highlight the fruity and floral character of Tormore’s new make. On the nose, fresh orchard fruits, green apple, and fresh pear meet floral and honeyed aromas. Expect flavours of lemon zest, peach tea and honeysuckle complemented by light spice notes on the palate, for an elegant, fruit-forward dram.
